How do I subscribe to inyu training®?

  • To subscribe online:
    1. Become an inyu training® member for unlimited access to a growing salon and spa training library of 130+ on-demand workshops for $150/month
    2. Fill out the online form with your information
    3. A confirmation email with your username and password to access the site will be sent to the email you provided upon sign-up
  • To subscribe over the phone:
    1. Call 866.888.4628 and an inyu training® representative can assist you in setting up your new account
    2. Please have your credit card and billing information handy

Help! I lost my password!

  • How to retrieve your password:
    1. Go to the inyu training® home page and enter your User ID
    2. Your password will be sent to the email provided when you signed up for your membership
  • I forgot my user ID:
    1. Call us at 866.888.4628 and we can assist you
    2. We will need your name, your salon name and your salon location to look up your user ID
  • I do not have access to the email that was provided when we signed up as a member:
    1. Call us at 866.888.4628 and we can assist you further
    2. Please have your User ID ready

How do I create additional login IDs for my team?

  • Go to the inyu training® home page:
    1. Login to your Master Account
    2. You will be redirected to Your Account page
    3. Click the Add Login User ID link on under the Your Account menu on the left hand side of the page
    4. Fill out the new user’s information and click the Add a Login button

How do I register for a live web workshop?

  • If you are registering from the calendar page:
    1. Login to your inyu training® account
    2. Navigate to the Web Calendar page
      • The Web Calendar button is located on the top right of the Accout page
    3. Click the Register Now link under the workshop category you wish to attend
    4. You will be redirected to the webinar registration page. Enter in your information and click the Register Now button
    5. A confirmation email will be sent to you inbox with the email you provided. This will include a link to connect to the online classroom
      • Important: this link is unique to you and will not work if it is shared. To register other members of your team for the same workshop, repeat steps 1-3
  • If you are registering from your account page:
    1. Login to your inyu training® account; you will be redirected to Your Account page
    2. In the middle of the page you will see the monthly featured web workshops
    3. Click the Register Now link under the workshop category you wish to attend
    4. You will be redirected to the webinar registration page. Enter in your information and click the Register Now button
    5. A confirmation email will be sent to you inbox with the email you provided. This will include a link to connect to the online classroom
      • Important: this link is unique to you and will not work if it is shared. To register other members of your team for the same workshop, repeat steps 1-3
  • If you are registering from your Online Store account:
    1. Once you have purchased a Live Workshop and you are logged in to your Store Account, the registration link is delivered on your Purchase History page
    2. If you are not logged in to your Store Account:
      • Go to the inyu training® Online Store home page
      • On the right hand side of the page, log in to your Store Account
      • You will be redirected to your Purchase History page
      • Scroll down and find the registration link and follow the instructions

How do I prepare for my web workshop?

  • Print your workbooks before the web workshop begins:
    1. Go to inyu training® home page and log into you account
    2. In the middle of your account page, you will see your Guest Care, Leading and Managing and Inspiration modules available for the current month
    3. Click on the workbook link you want to print
    4. A dialog box will pop up, asking if you want to save or open the file, select the Open option and click OK
    5. The workbook will open in Adobe Reader
    6. Save the workbook to your computer
      • With the PDF you just opened, go to the File on the menu bar and select “Save As”
      • Rename the file and save the PDF to your computer files. Remember to put the saved file in a location you can easily find (i.e. your computer desktop)

What if my workbooks won’t print?

  • You must have Adobe Reader to view the workbooks:
    1. Click here and download the software
    2. Once the download is complete, restart your computer
    3. Navigate to where you saved the PDF file
    4. Double click on the file and it should now open in Adobe Reader
  • I downloaded the software and I still can’t open the file or print
    1. Make sure pop ups are not blocked on your browser
    2. If you continue to have problems, please contact your IT department and make sure your Firewall allows downloads from our web site

How do I view a podcast?

  • Go to the inyu training® home page and log into your account on the left hand side of the page:
    1. Click on the inyu training® Web Calendar button on the top right of the page. Find the workshop you are interested in (be sure to print the workbooks before you watch the podcast!)
    2. Click the Play Podcast button
    3. The podcast will either play automatically in a new window, or you will be taken to the podcast player
  • If the podcast opens in a new web page:
    1. Wait a few seconds for the video to load
    2. Once the video loads, it will begin playing automatically
  • If the podcast open in the podcast player:
    1. At the top of the page, chose an option from the Track, Month or Year pull down menus
    2. Click the View Podcast button
    3. An alphabetical list of existing podcasts will appear in the player
    4. Click on the title of the module you are interested in and the podcast begins to play in the player

I cannot watch the Podcasts

  • Make sure you have the right software:
    1. You need the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to play the podcasts
    2. Click here to download Adobe Flash Player
    3. Once the file downloads, restart your computer
    4. Go back to the inyu training® home page
    5. Log in to your account and navigate back to the Podcast page
    6. The podcast should now play
  • I downloaded Adobe Flash Player, but the podcast still does not play:
    1. Check that your Internet browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari) is not blocking your pop-up podcast. If it is, reset your Internet preferences
    2. If you continue to have problems, please contact your IT department to make sure your Firewall allows downloads from our web site and that your software is up-to-date

What is the difference between inyu training® members and the Online Store?

  • The Online Store is how non-inyu training® members purchase inyu training® products
  • inyu training® members who are subscribed have unlimited access to the products in the inyu training® store
  • inyu training® member logins and the Online Store logins are separate. You must create a new Online Store login even if you already have an inyu member® account

How do I sign up for an Online Store account?

  • Create a new Online Store account:
    1. Click here to go to the Online Store login page
    2. At the bottom of the page, fill out the New Customer form and click Register
    3. You can immediately login to your account and you will receive a confirmation email with your new user name and password for your records
  • I am a returning Online Store customer and I want to get back to the products I purchased:
    1. Click here to go to the Online Store home page
    2. On the right had side, login with your Online Store ID (your regular inyu training® member login will not work with the store) user name and password
    3. Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Purchase History page
    4. Scroll down and find your products
  • I need more help:
    1. Call 866.888.4628 and an inyu training® representative will assist you

I already have an Online Store account. How do I log in again?

How do I purchase a single workshop?

  • Purchase single order workshops through our new Online Store:
    1. Go to the the inyu training® Online Store home page
    2. Shop for the products you want and follow the on-screen instructions to purchase it
  • We offer Solution kits, On-demand Workshops and Live Workshops through our Online Store
    • Get more help with the inyu training® Online Store

How do I register for a live web workshop?

  • Log in to your Online Store account:
    1. Purchase a Live Workshop(s)
    2. Follow the on screen instructions to process your order
    3. Upon successful purchase, you will be redirected to your Purchase History page
    4. Scroll down to the web workshop you purchased and click the registration link to sign up for the class

Where are the products I bought? How do I access them again?

  • Log in to your Online Store account:
    1. Once you are logged in, you will be redirected to your Purchase History page
    2. The Purchase History page is where all the products you purchase are stored
    3. You can log in to you account at any time to access your products

I purchased a product through the Online Store but do not see it on my Purchase History page anymore

  • Due to coyrighted information, products are available for a limited period
  • If you do not see the product anymore, the download period has expired
  • Always check the Available Until date on your Purchase Page to see how long you have access to the product you purchased
