Terms of Service and Subscriber Agreement

inyu training®

The basics:

When you subscribe to inyu training®, you give inyu training® (JOB Consulting, LLC) permission to charge your credit card $150 a month (this will show up as a charge from JOB Consulting, LLC on your statement). Your billing date will be the same day of the month which you subscribed.

You agree to not share training materials or log in information with any individuals outside of your business.

You may cancel your account at any time. Here are our cancellation terms:

  • Upon cancellation, you are responsible for payment for the month in which you cancel.
  • Your account will be de-activated on the last business day of the month in which you cancel.

The legalese:

1. As a subscriber to www.inyutraining.com, you gain access to copyrighted material created by inyu training® that is for your business use only. This material is not to be re-distributed outside of your organization or shared with any other organizations.

2. inyu training® members agree not to share usernames or passwords with individuals outside of their organization. This will result in immediate cancellation of your account and may result in legal action.

3. By agreeing to these terms, you are agreeing to the following:
3.1. Your credit card on file will be billed automatically each month by JOB Consulting, LLC (d.b.a. inyu training®). Billing will occur on the same day of the month as the date of initial agreement.
3.2. You may cancel your account at any time and billing for your account will immediately cease. However, you will not be refunded for billing periods preceding your cancellation, including the month in which you cancelled.
3.3. The following term/termination subscription agreement:

4. Term/Termination of inyu training® Subscription Agreement:
4.1. The initial term of this Agreement shall be as set forth in the Order Form (the "Initial Term"). The Initial Term shall begin upon commencement of the Services to Customer. After the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew. ADDITIONALLY AFTER THE INITIAL TERM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE AND AUTHORIZE inyu training® (JOB CONSULTING, LLC) TO AUTOMATICALLY BILL AND/OR CHARGE ON YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR SUCCESSIVE TERMS OF EQUAL LENGTH AS THE INITIAL TERM, UNLESS TERMINATED OR CANCELLED BY EITHER PARTY AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION. The Initial Term and all successive renewal periods shall be referred to, collectively, as the "Term."
4.2. This Agreement may be terminated:
4.2.1. By either party by giving the other party thirty (30) days prior written notice (subject to an early cancellation fee payable by Customer as provided below)
4.2.2. By inyu training® in the event of nonpayment by Customer,
4.2.3. By inyu training®, at any time, without notice, if, in inyu training®’s sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, Customer is in violation of any term or condition of the this Agreement and related agreements, or Customer's use of the Services disrupts or, in inyu training®'s sole and absolute discretion and/or judgment, could disrupt, inyu training®'s business operations.
4.3. If you cancel this Agreement prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Term thereafter,
4.3.1. You shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation,
4.3.2. iinyu training® shall refund to you all pre-paid fees for subscription services for the full months remaining after effectiveness of cancellation (i.e., no partial month fees shall be refunded), less any setup fees and any discount applied for prepayment,
4.3.3. You shall be obligated to pay 100% of all charges for all Services for each month remaining in the Term. Any cancellation request shall be effective thirty (30) days after receipt by inyu training®, unless a later date is specified in such request.
4.4. inyu training® may terminate this Agreement:
4.4.1. If the Services are prohibited by applicable law, or become impractical or unfeasible for any technical, legal or regulatory reason, by giving Customer as much prior notice as reasonably practicable or
4.4.2. Immediately by giving written notice to Customer, inyu training® determines in good faith that Customer's use of the Customer Web site or the Customer Content violates any term or condition. If inyu training® cancels this Agreement prior to the end of the Term for your breach of this Agreement and related agreements, the Customer's use of the Services disrupts inyu training® shall not refund to you any fees paid in advance of such cancellation and you shall be obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation; further, you shall be obligated to pay 100% of all charges for all Services for each month remaining in the Term. inyu training® shall have the right to charge you an administrative fee of $50.00.

5. Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause or reason whatsoever, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement, except as expressly set forth herein. Termination of this Agreement and retention of pre-paid fees and charges shall be in addition to, and not be in lieu of, any other legal or equitable rights or remedies to which inyu training® may be entitled.

6. How do I cancel my inyu training® membership?
6.1. You may cancel your account at any time by calling 866.888.4628 or send an email to jennifer@inyutraining.com.
6.2. Your final payment will be on your billing date within the month you cancel (billing date is the same day of the month as your join date, for example if you joined on the 18th of the month, your billing date is the 18th of subsequent months).
6.3. Your account will be de-activated on the last business day of the month in which you cancel.
